I like this thread. Here is my contribution.My 1978 cutlass with a 455

All of your cars and engines look great! Gotta love an olds. I'm gonna have to look at gettin a photo bucket. I've got a metallic gray '85 cutlass supreme "salon/Calais clone". It's got a '69 olds 350 with #5 heads, A4 intake, comp xe268 cam, headers, and is sittin on 15 inch hurst/olds wheels 8) it's just a daily driver, but cleans up pretty nice for a 27 yr old car. Don't u love the look on ppl's face when they got outrun by an olds? :wink:

It will look alot nicer cleaned up, with a steel fuel line to carb, and my dual snorkel air cleaner. I prefer a stock look and yes, the engine was idling rough, thanks for noticing!

I have no respect for the sbc, was a blue smoke puffing, cam burning turd. I was a junk engine through the 70's, finally got better in the 80's-up. For some reason the Olds V8 never got the respect it deserved.
