I was just wondering if anyone has tried these Flowmaster downpipes on their 455 olds G body Cutlass Supreme. I do have the 442 exhaust manifolds that these are made for but I do not know it they will work with the frame or underbelly of the car. Just trying to see what I need to purchase for an exhaust set up. I am pretty much just going with an open exhaust led to some cherry bombs or some old school redneck sidepipes if I can get it to work. Living in MT I do not have to deal with any emission laws so I will just rig it up until I am able to purchase the full exhaust and modified crossmember allowing dual exhaust. Thanks guys your info always helps! This car will be running as soon as I get my return!!

Depends on what type of manifolds you are running, especially on the passengers side.
By the looks of those I'd say no with the VIN9 style 83-87 manifolds.
The angle is wrong on the RH and the LH looks too short and may hit the fire wall.

I am going to be using a 71' 455. I have the W-Z 442 manifolds.

Alrighty thank you very much. Was my only hold up on exhaust. Right now I am just looking up slip yoke options for the TH400. What did you use?
