my dash lights are almost on existant, any ideas?

Take out your cluster, disassemble and wash the housing in warm soap and water. Check all bulbs to make sure they are correct for the housing and they all work. Some people swap out the bulbs for larger style. Beware that the cluster assembly was molded with polypropylene material which has a low HDT (heat deflection temperature). This means a higher output bulb may cause the assembly to warp. LED bulbs might be an option as they have a higher output with less heat. Others may chime in with sources for LED bulbs.

T5 is the size for 194/168 bulbs, but you need to make sure of the room you have for the LED bulb. Most are larger than the standard factory bulb by a little bit depending on elements. Also, apparently polarization is an issue with LED bulbs, as they may not work in one direction, thus you pull them out, rotate 180, and reinstall for them to work.

Here's one that is just slightly larger that seems plausible. Plus you can get it in colors.
