Thanks to you fam! We gettin it done. I might go ahead and drop that ebay tie rod kit in. Mine are still feelin nice and tight, but wtf! Might as well. This stuff is so easy. I will take the old tie rod set off and measure em to set the new set up the same length.

I really appreciate that bruh. The feedback I'm getting from you all really motivates me to wanna learn and do more. Im trying to get as much done on my own as possible. No more shops. I cant put a $ amount on how much I've saved. If I mess something up, hey its on me. It will be a learning experience that I can pass on to the next dude wanting to learn and save a buck for more goodies. Thanks again... :D

aaaw! Man thanks for following thru the thread and droppin the comments. Keeps me going strong We can do this work ourselves! I'm new to doin all this, but with everyones help and cheering me on, I'll keep at it.. 8)

Got a lil bit done yesterday. While knockin in the codder pins, I found that one pin was missing from the part that connects to the steering box. WOW! I had a shop do some work a while back. Maybe the pin came out somehow  But you can see here in this pic that the nut was slowly backing off. Ive been finding all kinds of dangerous stuff while working on the suspension. Death trap!!! ...

Picked up some new rotors and pads. These will work for now till I can get the loot together for the big brakes. They will perform a helluva lot better than the old set that was on there..

These had the bearing cups pressed in em already..

4556467489_8f023fc834_b.jpg

Cleaned em down with some Gunk brake cleaner and then sprayed em down with some brake quieting coating...

I picked up some new copper brake line banjo fitting gasket as well. Autozone had a nice braided brake line kit. I got that as well. Ill fill the calipers back up and get it all back together. Do a lil once over double check and drop the wheels back on. Wish me luck!!! :D

Thanks warren for the part #. I just ordered that cover from work today, should see it in the morning. Thanks again.

No prob. Mr Gasket products are known for lil issues. I had to cut the mounting tabs off so it would fit inside the ac bracket. I didnt tape the surface and scratched it up. Took a lil scotch brite pad and gave it a gun metal aluminum finish. Came out nice... Hope yours works out a lil better...

keep up the good work

Thanks fam! I saw your post in Tony's thread. Show your suspension a lil love before you drop the deuces on. New ball joints and bushings make a huge difference. Check your steering parts out also. My boy's Aerocoupe on 22" rocs rides like a Caddy! He replaced the upper/lower ball jnts and bushing, new shocks and greased his steering parts up. I drove the car and coulnt tell he was on skinny *ss tires! Smooth as glass...

I took it down bruh. I wasnt maintaining it, and I needed to update it. Its still there, but not veiwable to the public. You have to use the direct link to the page. I see all the dudes puttin up "22,00 hit" blah, blah. Im lookin at 250,000 hits--cleared 4 times! Thats 1,000,000 hits! Figured I'd give them dudes a chance to catch up. LOL! Man Ive lost faith in my polisher. I dropped my parts off 14 working days before the G run. He didnt have my sh*t ready. Thats why I didnt make it out man. I worked my *ss off to get that car ready. All he had to do was clean a few scratches up. WOW! I gotta find a new spot. I still dont have the parts back...

Got the brakes done. Just gotta bleed em and drop the wheels on. If my valve covers and wire loom holders arent back from polishing, I wont be able to put it on the road just yet. But I will get plenty of stance pics and video. Here's what I got...

New Napa brake lines..
