trouble with my 79 malibu

i got a serpentine belt setup on my 350 and i tried putting it in my bu and the pulley is hitting my steering box.

any thoughts on the subject?

its hittin enough to keep the motor from bolting up to the frame mounts.

think i'ma just do away with the serpentine kit and roll the v-belt for now. my main focus as of now is the rust in the floor pans
