So by "Raked " do you mean lower in the front and slightly higher in the rear?
This is an older picture of my Monte which is lowered with a slight rake with the rear being higher.
Though my nearly 30" tall drag radials (295/65R15) really filled up my wheelwells I was not fond of the raised rear end look so I put on the next size shorter tire to make it sit level.

I have 2" lowering springs in the back and the weight of the big block and everything else up front dropped the front to where it sits now on replacement Moog sbc Gbody springs.
I would probably go with 2" drop spindles in the front and 2" drop springs in the rear on your car and if you want a slight rake run a taller tire like a 275/60R15 in the rear and a shorter tire up front.

I have a slight rake to my '87.

I used the QA1 coil over conversion up front and a set of Moog CC635 rear cargo coils that I cut until I reached the desired height.

Heres how mine looks;

I bought a front end kit from Mark @ SC&C a couple of years ago,his SC&C Street-Comp Stage 2 Plus here;
http://scandc.com/new/node/47
It dropped the front end app 1 1/2 inch,and it already sat a bit lower than stock.Alltogether it sits 4 inches lower than stock.The front & rear springs are from Rancho when they were big into car stuff back in the eighties and were probably for an A Body car,thats all I know about the springs.

Easiest, cheapest way would be to put air shocks on the rear. Cost about $70-80
