It followed me home ( 87 SS Monte )

Yep, another project car. My cousin called me this morning about an 87SS on Facebook for $2000 today. Told him I didn't need a third SS Monte but went and looked anyway. I shouldn't have done that. I drove it home. The trans is supposedly a 700R4 that was rebuilt about a month ago. It flairs when it shifts and it smokes and stinks from transmission fluid leaking on the exhaust. When I got home and opened the Harwood cowl hood, there is no TV cable visible. So this trans is probably fried. My parts car 86 has a 2004R in it and I'm thinking I'll swap them out. It's got the usual stupid crap done to it like shifter modded, wires everywhere going to who knows what, and flame throwers in the tailpipes. Removing all this crap and installing a stock shifter with a new top plate. Between the three SS's here, I can make a nice car. All three cars have maroon interiors. Going to sell the leftovers to recoop some cash. There will still be enough leftovers to have another titled complete running car

Don't you hate it when they do that. You try not to get its attention, it sees you & won't leave you alone. Then half way home you just feel so sorry for it & don't want to leave alone to fend for itself.

Are body parts up for sale as I'm looking for a good left front fender for my 86 Monte SS. I've tried 2 Goodmark fenders and neither one fits right at the bottom.
