Hey would any of you guys know what adaptor kit and engine mounts I would need to put a 69 pontiac block into my g-body?
I'm having trouble lining everything up.

I'm not a Pontiac guy and maybe one will correct me but I think the GP was available with a 301 Pontiac in fact I know it was and that's were you would find everything you need to make your build seamless in fact years ago I put a 400 from a trans/am in an 81 GP that had a 301 and it went in without even buying mounts

Yup, being a '69 motor makes it a little more difficult. A '70 and up block would bolt right in with 301 mounts. You'll need the additional adapters that Bonnewagon mentioned to make the '69 block work.

Bonne I have a mechanic doing the work. But the idiot pulled what he thought he would need after I told him about the vrackets, sure enough he didn't pull the brackets from the 301, I have the adaptor but I was wondering if pre 78 brackets from the full sized cars would work.

Wow like I said I'm not a Pontiac guy but this thread has been quite educational there's a lot to know about a Pontiac swap. My Oldsmobiles there's a lot less to remember
