I would love to put a Coyote in my 2+2. My son and I were joking about that just the other day. They are a great motor that loves to rev.

LOL, I wouldn't mind be a trendsetter. I will admit that I wasn't a fan of the 4 valve overhead stuff at first as it seems a bit overwhelming and complicated but once you get into it it's not bad at all. What impresses me the most is the power & drivability that can be had out of these little engines. The VVT really shines with the drivability characteristics and even when it bypassed they still run & drive great. The other big thing that I like with these engines is the very minimal head gasket & sealing issues that they have. I've worked on a lot of the 2013 & 2014 Shelby GT500's and a ton of Coyote engines and have yet to see one fail (personally). I feel it has a lot to do with the valves being overhead and not have all of the pushrod & spring pressures constantly wanting to lift the heads off the engine before you even add boost.
I had a 5.3 keep me up nights and they scare me now fazer tentioner a bad o ring in the end but drove ne nuts

Nice work. Looks like stuff you'd see in a magazine.

Good news!! I found & bought a super clean, original AZ, 1978 Buick GN roller! Twin turbo Coyote here we go!!:banana:.

Here you go! Paint looks a little more flat in pics but will buff to a nice shine will little effort. Previous owner to the one I bought it from started taking glass out and stripping it to have it painted so it would be "show quality" bit I have lots of other priorities on it first so it'll go back together to get swap stuff done first. I've got lots of work ahead of me but it'll be a fun project ;)
