Wish my dad had've been "that dad" back in the day...!
Lol

Tatiana keeps asking if we can take the wagon. Seems I have created a monster.

I have to say that there were some really defeated looking Dad's when I pulled up yesterday - especially when they had to retreat to their minivans after practice.

I wonder if they know that they don't have to drive a minivan? Yes, it means getting off your *ss - but, your vehicle doesn't have to drain the life out of you every time you turn the key.

I put some SS lines together for my GP and found this method with zip ties the easiest to get a clean cut.

I noticed there was too much movement with the choke plate on my Quadrajet and found this the be the problem. The lever's hole was elongated so I changed it out with a lever I had in my spare parts container....:)

Thanks, I found that video after an unsuccessful attempt, the hoses will be going in this weekend... the weather hasn't been good, lots of rain and cool so my ambition to get the car on the road was lacking..but warmer sunny days on the way....:)

My dad was that dad. I love him for it. Picking me up from kindergarten mid project in Mom's wagon with straight exhaust. Picking me up from first grade in the 57 2-door Bellaire hardtop. Picking me up in 8th grade in the beater parts car 62 Ford Country Squire Wagon that my friends thought was Ecto-1.

5th grade my brother would take me to school in his 69 DZ Z-28 but in jr high my parents both worked for a limo company when you live in a rough town you don't want to get dropped off in a rolls Royce or a stretch town car! But it dose teach you how to throw down quick!
