The 350 lockup automatic trans
Looks like a good start, man.
Do the B-pillar plastics from the box Chevy fit ? When I think of box Chevy I'm thinking an '80's Chevy Caprice....unless they came off of a 4-dr G-body. They look like the right ones in the pic.
Getting the 350 longblock from your bro-in-law is a good score.
You'll be out there running around in no time.
Keep us up to date on your progress.
Yes they are from a 4dr caprice chevy

The wheels should look nice on there. I'm not a big fan of large wheels past 18", but when they're lowered and tucked in, they look pretty good. I hope you don't have much clearance problems with your new tires.
You'll probably have more invested in your wheels and tires than the new engine.

That's good to hear. I'd hate to see you buy tires that won't work on your car. I wonder if you might have to bend the inner lips up for clearance.
I'm sure when the time comes, you'll be able to test fit the tires before actually finalizing the purchase of them.

It's good to have choices. It looks like you're not going to have any clearance issues with those tires.
The billet wheels don't look bad either.
