A/C & heater control vacuum line info

need to secure information on heater & A/C vacuum lines, vehicle had a fire some time ago, repair shop did not get vacuum lines correct... have not been able to get system to work properly since fire... trying to resolve issue & find that A/C will come on as designed but upper vents do not open heater water valve stays open etc.
does anyone have the correct info for my 1987 El Camino

Alittle about you & your El Camino, some of what you've done, plans. Even some pics if possible, we like pics

off the top of my head...
Rubber vacuum line from the intake to the round vacuum ball off the HVAC box
Hard Pink line from the ball into the firewall
Hard White line from the firewall to the heater control valve to stop the flow of coolant thru the heater core when MAX ac is selected

What I'm implying is, we sometimes get people join up to ask one technical question...no intro...and then they're gone, never to be seen again. To me that's pretty selfish.
I'm not saying that that's the way you operate, but your first post should be an introduction of what you're working on, a few pics, and maybe a little about yourself. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

Yup. Thats the one. And after looking under the 81 I now know that one needs to be tightened up. I had to pull that dash out anyway. :-(
