Got to hit one last cars and coffee with my buddy and his 69 Mustang.

Got the rear door panels sanded and painted and the rear tailgate cover.

Ended up dropping my rear last night haha... 3" but i'm lovin it, huge differences now it's time for the front!

I spent the weekend tinkering, installed a Hurst Quarter Stick Shifter, Replaced the corroded and cracked thermostat housing and upper hose, and install a thermostat. Chased down the source of my brake fluid leak and replaced the corroded brake lines from the proportioning valve to the rear axle. ordered new rear wheel cylinders ( they came today, 7/8" to replace the 3/4" P/N WC110261) and replaced the broken wheel lug on my left rear.

Got bored and drove about 65ish miles for the last two hours. These are the gauges at idle. Don't be alarmed, Buick Oil Pressure is always low. Anything above 10 at idle at temp is considered great. OP rises steadilly with rpm, topping out at 60psi at 5krpm. More than adequate. Temp is doing well too, specially without a fanshroud, but that may be the 20 degree ambient temp outside...

PS: Does it bother anyone else a little that companies are shoving their website on everything? It irks me that the Equus website is adorned on my gauges. I step into my car to time travel back to 1985, not to be bombarded with ads.

Led Zeppelin IV. One of the 5 or so tapes I keep in my car at any one time. Gotta rotate the selection. Right now there's that Zep tape, Boston (debut album), Jim Croce Greatest Hits, The Wall, Cherry Pie, Rush, etc.

Before and after pics of my SP. I still have the black air cleaner, didn't get it blasted in time. It can wait. Doubt I'll have much clearance anyway. That 2" chrome dealey is almost level with the fenders.
