Those that have front Blazer Spindles and have upgraded to the C5 Corvette front disc setup, what conversion brackets did you use?
I have found a couple, just curious.

Id like to do this swap and still be able to use my 16 inch ZQ8 wheel and 15x4 Telestar wheels at the track.

An ls1 4th gen camaro/firebird will clear most 16" wheels and some 15" wheels. The only main difference between a 4th gen LS caliper and a C5 caliper is that the C5 caliper is a bit wider to accept a wider rotor, and the C5 caliper has the ribs cast longer toward the wheel. Unless you are running a sticky 245+ width front tire and are seriously hot lapping the car at a track and are worried about heat soak, the LS caliper will probably be fine. My LS setup is enough to lock the front tires up at 50mph with a 275 older BFG tire. Im sure it wouldnt do it time after time at a road course, or with a sticky more track oriented tire, but the LS setup is very competent.
This is a 15x7 pontiac rally with a 2" spacer. A 1" spacer would work. The big problem with LS calipers is the caliper sits quite far out to the wheel mount surface. The wheel center runs into the caliper before the wheel itself hits the ribs cast in the caliper.
A 15x4 skinny should fit with that 1" spacer.
Any wheel will fit any brake if you space them out like a Mexican Pickup truck.
