Working on the original gauges in my 86 442. Before I pulled the cluster the gauges wasn’t working properly and there was a delay when using the turning signals/hazards. After taking the cluster off the signals work. Any suggestions?

Also help with throttle cable for the speedometer!! I attached pics and labeled them for better reference. I believe (A) is the throttle cable and I’m not sure what the (B) wire is or if the two connect. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. New to the forum what do u mean by introduction?
An introduction simply means introducing yourself to the forum and telling us a bit about your ride and what plans you have for it.
Btw, cool red shoes...;)

Oh gotcha, well this my second cutlass had the pleasure of owning another 86 a few years ago and had the luxury of not having to do much jus paint. Bought it off a old lady. Now I got this 86 442 that’s going to acquire alil attention starting with the cluster gauges and speedometer wire. Rpm was jumping, speed wasn’t moving even while driving, and the other small gauges wasn’t moving in the rally cluster. Signal lights will have a long delay or will not work at all.

UPDATE- pulled the cluster out change bulbs cleaned up the motherboard put the cluster back in. Rpm still jump, speedometer works (not sure how accurate) signal lights work small delay( gonna change the fuses)
