Body guy has chastised me for not painting in the holes better lol

Now I really want to paint the firewall.......
Reach in there with a small paint spray bomb and paint the inside of the holes black. That will "hide" those holes the body guy gave you crap about. Or not. Looks good.

I told him they look better than the factory did. HE still was not amused. I may pick up one of the HF touch up guns and do them when I shoot the dash.

It’s still baby sh*t yellow. I like it. There’s a guy here in town that has a 4 wd very similar to yours. He bought his new and it’s still in great shape. The color has to grow on you though. Don’t see many that color anymore.

I just read this entire blog and I must say "Bravo!" for something that I thought was going to be a "Bought it, -Washed it - Fixed it- Done" piece this has far surpassed any of that.
Truly impressive dedication to something that I thought was going to be a Hardware store/ errand truck. Lookin Great!

Well, hood is back on(I didn't paint the underside, starting to regret that), and it drove under it's own power and shifted through all three gears. Just need to diagnose the lack of turns/hazard lights and get it safety inspected then I think it's going on Craigslist.
