I dig the color, it's different...it really does look like primer. You'll have to post some pics of it out in the sun. Is that similar to the color Toyota and other mfg's are using now?

They have different bends in them the Monte is slightly shorter too I have both I was surprised too

That’s what I want to know also. They have different part numbers. So I wonder if the fill necks are different. If so which is better for a Cutlass?
At least on the 78-80 cars the difference is the MC has a bit longer filler neck than the Regal. Nothing major, just wouldn't let the license plate lay forward like it did before my tank swap. Fit the same otherwise.

Well due to my over thinking I decided to get the Tanks Inc kit. Ordered from Matt’s Classic Bowties and got a really good price.

I will update how it fits once I get it installed

Where are you located? I have this for sale includes the everything you need including the tank straps. The pump is a walbro 400. I have issues with shipping this thing, but if you are close I can probably meet you. I just removed this from my Malibu. Price would be $250.00.

BTW extra fitting you see on top is for an extra breather. You can cap it if you do not want to use it. Just one word of caution this is one of those tanks that the gas pump filler nozzle shuts of prematurely when filling up the tank. This is kind of a hassle but I lived with it for years. The extra breather helped but did not solved it completely. Only way to fix this for good (as I understand it) is to plumb a hose to connect the top of the filer neck with the top of the tank. Just want to be up front with everything. On he bright side my car runs 10's and this pump kept up with it very good.

I’m in Oregon and unfortunately I already ordered the tank. Should be here on Wednesday
