Hey guy's I'm new to the forum. I have a 87 Buick Regal with the Olds 307. The person I got the car from did a hack job, the car runs and drives fine but all the wiring to the heater & A/C are cut and missing. My first question is do you need the ECM to run the heater? And 2nd could I purchase all the correct plugs either online or in my local auto parts store? 3rd if anyone could help what plugs would I need? Thanks in advance help would be appreciated.

The system is about 60% vacuum controlled (vent selection) and about 40% electrical (AC compressor, pressure switch, and blower motor). The only thing tied to the ECM might be the AC 'on' signal.
