Went to the monthly Jacksonville avenues mall cars & coffee, which had probably close to 1000 cars show up this morning. Several lambos, Ferraris, aston martins, posches, etc & even a new mclaren. Tuner cars , bikes, older muscle, & lots of new muscle. Enough hellcats in one spot to hear hissing.
A few g-bodies there including this weird one that the front looked like a new camaro & the back like a zo6 vette.:sneaky:

Dropped the tank in the Cutlass to fix the fuel gauge sender.

Turned out the ground wire fell off

Put the tank back up and washed her, took it for a quick ride and put some gas in it to make sure it works

Came back and reasmbled the 403 bottom end.

Now just waiting on a cam chioce and intake to magically appear

Built the frame end connectors out of the original mounts and 1.5” DOM tubing. Roll pans next.

I spent the day getting the last pieces on the engine. Filled it with oil and primed the pump. I am cleaning up the mounts and they go on tomorrow. I think next week will be a good weekend to get in into the El Camino, and then the fun begins!

tried out that spark plug socket i picked up this week,it worked like a charm,my headers aren't the worst to work around but it was 17.00 bucks well spent.i cruised to the other side of Boston for some Mary Lou's coffee.we don't have that around here so it was a treat.

Finally installed the hubcentric spacers on the rear wheels I want to say 1.5 inch I think it looks way better now I’m still on the fence about running with spacers and if they are secure enough for my stupid brand of driving. I plan to watch them close but may keep them
