LOL - like that ever stopped me. But, it is funny when the neighbour comes bursting into my garage at 2330hrs pissed because I am running my pneumatic die grinder at full song because she cannot sleep.

Sounds like you and I have the same neighbor Mike. My actual neighbors either side of me are really cool, the one is a quiet Filipino family that I hardly ever see, and the other is into crotch rocket motorcycles. I’ve painted a couple of bikes for him over the years.

But the woman across the alley from me is a do-gooder PITA. We’ve had it out a couple of times, but only when she’s pissed out of her tree and has the liquid courage enough to come over and say something to the scary tattooed guy.

The last time she was so drunk she stumbled across the alley in her bare feet and proceeded to tear a strip off me, and her boyfriend had to come get her. Only talked to her once or twice since then...

Neighbours, got to love them. Of course noise complaints for our four dogs. I figure it is the fat, creepy potato across the street. Mentally ill, slow, unemployed and gets elderly people to do everything for her. Love how she sits and stares at us for hours. If all the people including my own children coming in at 3 in the morning, would stay away from my house, there would be no issue. Good part is can run the Hulk air compressor 24/7 and would get 0 noise complaints, 41 decibels kicks *ss. As always it all looks top notch, progress is good.

Oh, I totally forgot.
I grabbed some pictures of the car outside this morning for those of you that had expressed an interest in seeing it in the daylight.
The morning light was a bit harsh and glaring, but I think you can get the jist of it anyways.

I’m still extremely happy with it, I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better outcome. Seeing it like this is a great motivator, I can’t wait to get the whole thing painted.

Looks great isn't it awesome having the vinyl top gone? The roof line turned out great on my 88, that alone makes a big difference. I just ran out of patience and motivation for the rest.

Looking good D the technique you used on the moldings isn't what I expected you were going to use but it worked out very nicely. by the way I didn't forget my life is just been chaos I talked to my cousin about the grill. He basically told me I needed to come up and look myself.
