The MAP sensor for the ignition on the GP wasn't giving the correct readings so could not set up the curve for the vacuum advance. I was going to buy a new one but I think the quality of a used one from a GM car would probably be better quality so I got this one for $5 out of a 3400 ....

Purchased an oil pressure sensor tee for the oil pressure port located adjacent to the distributor on my SBC. This port will have the following connections: i.) idiot light sensor; ii.) choke sensor (which allows choke heater power only when oil pressure is present; and iii.) mechanical gauge port). See
pics. Plugs installed for now. I need to dope up the threads for all the connections. I will then install with only mechanical oil pressure gauge connection initially.

I never worried about the switch for the choke, I wired the choke to be hot when the key is in run position and unless I was working on something the key was never left in run position and the only reason for that switch was to prevent the timed process of releasing the choke.

a windshield squirter.one's spraying fine and the other one's having trouble Initiation'ng a strong stream.i switched them side to side and that one just dribbles about no matter where i put it.i tried blowing with the compressor it out but it still won't spray like it should.hopefully it fixes it.

Picked these up on Thursday actually. Nib/run file, some 3M cavity wax (I’ll elaborate more on the use of this soon in my thread), an applicator wand kit for the same, and some more back ordered 3M Perfect-it polishing compound (Should be here Monday).

Grand total? About $38 after I returned all the unused extra product from painting the car. 👍🏻

Ended up buying a new Jeep steering shaft, right n left outer tie rod ends, and idler arm so that I can get this thing aligned. Hopefully have it done in the next few days so that I can be aligned before Carlisle
