OK, after almost 2 strait weeks my truck & the wife's car both have been heavily bombed by the damn birds. Odd thing is it's only on the front doors & no where else. At times it looks like a group of them at the same time. It's disgusting & tiresome doing the daily cleaning of thre front doors & glass. There is nothing above for them to perch on above those spots but yet they are going like they are doing a Taco Bell purge in the same spot everytime. I went looking for any nearby nest while I was pruning trees yesterday & found nothing. They won't do it while someone is outside but as soon as we are all in they do their worst. Outside of getting the pellet guns out & shooting every winged b*st*rd that comes near I need some sort of deterrent to get them away. Never in the 5 years living here did we ever have this problem.

Light fishing line strung above head between building to building or tree to tree etc around your parking area should deter those lil sh*tters.

Likely they're dancing on the mirrors and blowing crap all over the windows/doors. Normally every spring we go through that stuff for a spell.

I tried putting up those stupid fake owls, and pictures of pissed off cats inside the windows of the cars...these birds are tougher than that.

I was about to the point of getting some nylon barbed wire to wrap around the mirrors, kinda like concertina wire, but all of a sudden, the birds stopped coming around. Won't fugg up the mirrors, but the birds don't like stepping on that junk.

Tuned in. At certain times of the year the birds spend the night in the tree over my truck and do their worst. Fake owl, ineffective. Fake hawk hanging from the tree, ineffective

The Ontario Science Center in Toronto had a problem with birds hitting the windows. They cut out black bird silhouettes that are shaped like falcons and stuck them to the windows. When birds see the shape they think there is a falcon chasing them and they change direction . I don't know if it would work but you could print a couple and tape them inside the window as a test. Here is a picture of the wall at the Science Center and a peregrine falcon silhouette you can print .

I'll have to give this a try after I get some more ink. Now for the night bombers, this may not work. My birds work in shifts.

I had a cardinal doing this to a 92 S-10 i had. he would perch on the window edge and see his reflection in the mirror and sit there and beat the tar out of himself for hours. cover your mirrors up and i bet the problem goes away

Well I guess the bombers have stadards, since the deer hit they haven't bothered either vehicles. Maybe they're waiting for fresh paint.
