Equally frustrating:

Step 1: creates thread. Asks questions

Step 2: gets tons of input and suggestions on that to try

Step 3: disappears, no guidance as to what happened or what worked.

Also deprives those searching the forum of what finally worked
Were you on the Maliburacing site ? Or yellowbullet ? If you were on either you might remember Gary from upstate NY. Poor guy was building a Malibu. Looking for advice and answers constantly. Never listened to any of it. One of the reasons the term "askhole" came into our vocabulary.

Nice to see the above handled this well. Askhole is an excellent term, have watched many times over the years you tell someone to do something, they do the opposite because it's easier, and their junk is messed up more. Why it's easier to just scroll on and let them fail if they won't listen.

When I was in school, our teachers gave us sage advice instead of enabling us... things like:

Ask a bad question, get a bad answer

This is no such thing as a stupid question, but, there are stupid people

Or the age old if I just tell you everything you'll never learn how to find things out for yourself, did you try reading about this first?

I could keep going, but, the train of thought/vein of reasoning applies.
This above is a thing that is gone nowadays, people are soft crap and need to be spoon fed because they are still on their momma's tit, as adults.

I was raised to research and figure it out and then proper guidance to move forward, then again had to have the minimum knowledge to get that guidance. That's how you build someone up. Can't turn sh*t into diamonds without a little pressure.

In this day and age, research only goes so far... sometimes.

I'll ask if people have experience with a particular vendor I've found, stuff like that. Idea being, too many companies pay for fake reviews, sorry to say. So I'll trust my community, and, although certain gbody parts vendors are easily found by name search, not so much overlap for wholesale late-model or upholstery outlets.

I started off laughing my butt off when I read an article that students as at one of my alma maters complained of feeling 'physical pain' simply from a political candidate having his name written in chalk by fellow undergrads even though those same students wrote the opponents name in the same chalk.... then I thought to myself, those little b*stards are devaluing my degree.

I say drop ship all of them into Iran or Afghanistan and tell them it's the latest "safe space"

I was in college for my engineering degree and graduated May 2016, right before the first Trump Election. This was also after I had done about 10 years active duty Military, 4 deployments to Iraq, etc...

I know of the people you speak of that were in "physical pain". Me and others wanted to waterboard them. All of them.

You should've and claimed they triggered you. Probably wouldn't have gotten in trouble if you claimed that.

And those were the same ones who claimed to have developed PTSD after certain events. I'd love to show them what it's like to have PTSD.

Holley is the best choice IMO. Why? Because it fits very well, it’s backed by Holley, uses band clamps and is 3 inch diameter from the collector to tail pipe.
