Swapping a LS1/4L60E from a 2001 Trans Am WS6 into my 86 cutlass supreme. Would I be able to use the rear end from that? Thank in advance
No, the Trans Am rear end will not fit in a G body. The stock 7.5” cutlass rear end you have will be OK for easy driving and one wheel peels but if you put any power to it and hook up it will likely grenade.Swapping a LS1/4L60E from a 2001 Trans Am WS6 into my 86 cutlass supreme. Grab the rear disc brakes. I haven't done the upgrade myself, but I believe there is a write-up on here somewhere.Swapping a LS1/4L60E from a 2001 Trans Am WS6 into my 86 cutlass supreme. Would I be able to use the rear end from that? Thank in advance
