Seat belt tragedy

Well, oddness. My drivers seat belt split right in half. wtf
I was lucky and pulled one from an 85 Cadallic. But the buzzer connection is wrong.

Gonna.clip my old one and splice the original in. Perhaps it will work.

Have my VA safety inspection this month. No seat belt no passy.

Had the same issue in my 87. The plastic shell split at the seam. The buckle held but it made the button real easy to accidentally hit, even tapping it on the council made it open. I was able to glue the cover back on and have had no issue since.
