My welding seems to be sucking less. Used a 1/16" rod to get the stubs mated to the bodies. Fusion welded the v-bands on.

Made some adjustable exhaust hangers. Unfortunately I had to "cook" the stainless because working with that 7/16" rod was a treat.
I have a fresh bottle of argon waiting for me. Guess, I am picking that up tomorrow or Friday. Then I can pound out the rest of the aluminum fabrication after my first autocross of the season on Saturday, which just so also happens to be my first day of vacation since Christmas.

After cleaning up my previous messes in the garage I got to work with a measuring tape. Basically I wanted a road map for lengths and angles before I started so I can flag my materials. Fail to plan, plan to fail.
I do suspect that my final result will be somewhere between stock and the Hooker exhaust shown.
