X2, had the same issue when I did my 2016+ Camaro caliper swap with 18" rims. Re balanced them and moved the weights slightly so they wouldn't touch the caliper.I had a situation where a wheel weight on the backside of the rim was just barely contacting the brake caliper every revolution. Eventually it clearanced itself.
I'd be looking at some new tires. at 14 & 13 years old there could be some bad ju-ju incuded with them. Hate to see one blow out & take a fender or quarter out with it.Rallies and tires came from a 79 Malibu, tire manufacturing dates show '07 and '08.
