Including the insanity MM pointed out on his Camaro, copying the high performance factory head pipes.

I don't wanna think about that.

However, part of me wonders just how much power is locked up in these turd-80s V8s. A die grinder uncorking would be a fun exercise in futility.

Dale Robinson did exactly with the Engine Master's 307, 435 hp then over 450 hp on the second tweak. Not for the faint of heart. The better 307 5A heads needed massive work including Epoxy and welding.

hello people: I went with the RJC that has a crossflow muff. It installs in stock location and I like that but it's more like a single shot. I had a Bowling Green dual system once but it never hung right but it sounded cool. More of a rumble than the RJC.

On the initial pull away at the flag, am I correct in thinking I hear a whistle coming from that GN? 4 inch exhaust with a turbo would be just about right. You'd never hear the blow-off valve because the shoe is so consistent on the wah-wah pedal, that there is very little braking done. Also, the suspension in that ride must be about rock solid to take corners as flat as it does.

Okay, this answer is a double post. The net keeps stealing bandwidth around here for the businesses and the forum goes into standby mode so from time to time this occurs.

It had some work:

And I learned how to two-foot drive long ago. Constant load makes for quicker spool. I use the same technique in my Hellcat... but, try not to nuke the tires.

Needs dual 4" stacks for MAX HP.

Side exit?
.

Or perhaps out the back for a cleaner look?

That Mustang I could see someone doing that in Saskatchewan. There is a Dodge Cummins 3/4 ton in town that makes that Mustang look like a sleeper😳.

At least the vette has rain caps on the stacks. Chrome is classy....

Yeah, but the 90 degree bends on the Vette stacks would just about destroy any velocity or scavenging in the exhaust plus make a great spot for water vapor in the pipes to pool and generate cancer of the tubes.
