Im running 255/60r15 tires in the rear and 215/70r14 in the front i see monster transmission offers a 2500 stall converter for around $550 and supports up to 450hp
Personally I would stay away from any products that Monster sells. They have a really good sales department but a bad reputation to go with it. If I were in your shoes I would go with PTC, the converter that most Grand national guys use as recommended by Christian. I’m not sure how much they cost but spending a little extra will be worth it in the long run. It is really annoying to drive a car with a loose converter…. Just saying.

I run a 5 disc vigilante 9.5" in my wagon, but this a boosted buzzing half dozen, (turbo Buick V6). First used a 2500-2800 PTC after the performance trans rebuild, but it was a bit too tight for me, so I got the vigilante which is looser, 2800-3K or so. I still have the PTC, with like 100 miles on it.

Curious what else was done to your 350? Compression ratio, head work etc.

I've ran the Ford Windsor Rocker Arms and was going to convert to my iron #6 heads to BBC 7/16" rocker studs. I didn't realize that, I assume 2.02"/1.60" SBC valves were used and even possible. Most go with readily available 2"/1.625" Olds 350 W31 replacement valves. Yeah, I have been down that road of Premium only. I had 9.6 to 1 with the pistons .025" in the hole with the Felpro .042" thick head gaskets. It really didn't like the 204/214 cam and the Qjet was way lean going from 8 to 1 to 9.6 to 1. My current 9.5 to 1 Olds 358 with the new Edelbrock SBO should run fine on 87, if necessary.

It will be night and day quicker with the proper stall and better gearing. I also won't own a car without lock up and overdrive.
