What tools have you owned the longest and still use regularly?

I have a V series USA made Craftsman socket set. Use the sockets regularly to this day. Had it 30 years. Have all but one or two sockets and the wrenches that it came with. I do use better ratchets now but the sockets are great.

Old Craftsman multi-meter (rpm, dwell, voltage). Been using it since 1983. I also keep it in an old Craftsman slate-grey tool box that I got from my Dad just like the one he had when I turned 16.
It used to be my 'tool box' when I was younger & before requiring the big box on wheels. I use it to store my pre-computers ignition/tuning stuff now.

Mine is a toss up. I lost a lot of tool/equipment a few years back to sticky fingers.

I guess you can pick between a partial set of 'master mechanic' rachet/sockets
set that came in a tin box back around '84, or a craftsman air compressor that's been alive and kicking since 1991.

I use the compressor much more regularly, as sockets I have so many sets I grab what's handy.

I have my 18oz Estwing framing hammer and pouch I bought in Alberta in 90. Still use the hammer near every day even though I haven't framed since 92 or so. Truck and car been broken into over the years but thankfully my hammer remains ( and the rest of the crew know not to touch it ) :)

I still have many Craftsman sockets, wrenches, and ratchets I use. Got them as a Christmas gift around 1988-ish.
Also a Fluke multimeter from 1993.

I swapped most of the tools I had when I was younger for snap on and Mac when I got in the business. I have a couple of tools from my good friends dad that are much older than me. Whenever I use them, I can hear him yelling at me and my friend about stealing his tools. I don’t think he cared too much, since he came to my house and helped us pull an engine with them, and left them behind again. The ones that mean the most to me were given to me by my cousin that was only a few years older, but passed away from cancer in 2020. Every time I use them I’m reminded of him. Amazing how simple hand tools can mean so much.
