Thanks Texas82GP,
My FIL bought this new and MIL bought the Cutlass in NJ where they lived in Bergan County and always garaged and properly serviced. This was last summer in CT where the car lives garaged now. 1988 Cadillac Brougham. The rear looks low but it does have the original level ride air suspension and it works fine. It will hold the correct level for a day without being run so I must have had it at least overnight. The only non original part is the radiator, water pump and starter which I do still have. I did replace the fuel and brake lines with stainless steel from the folks at In Line Tube. The paint will have a thorough going over with some Griot's products soon. The padded vinyl roof is flawless as is the interior with the exception of gravity having its way with the padded headliner by the rear window. Another time for that. Maybe this summer. I have it serviced regularly by myself or the local Cadillac dealer (also takes care of the Cutlass). The Cadillac dealer has a couple of older techs that specialize in 80's and prior vehicles. This spring I will replace the tires with correct white walls for it and have all the fluids serviced including rear gear and brake fluids. Yeah, the dealer may be pricey but in the end it's cheap insurance if I don't have the time. Plus, getting rid of fluids is getting harder these days. Not all the Big Box Stores take anti-freeze, brake fluids etc anymore.
