I know, I'm a dummy. I swapped my dash. When removing the old one I labeled most of the wiring but not this one, I guess i thought it was unique and therefore easy to figure out. Well I can see where it goes. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thanks

That goes on the back of the speedo so the computer can read the road speed. No computer any more, no worries other than tying it of the way.

Could be Delco or Delphi. See if you can enter that number and see what it pulls up. NAPA has a good book on part number lookup as well. Your local dealership also maybe can help based on your pics.

Does the new dash have an open connector that you can't match?

Other way is volt meter/probe. Which lines are hot at all times or hot during run, hot during start, etc, etc...
