Is it worth switching to the 36mm F body sway bar from stock 32mm?

The hollow bar is SLIGHTLY better. Obviously if you had a non-F41 and then went to the big hollow tree trunk, then you'd really be able to determine the seat of the pants feel. However, stepping up from 32 to 36 is only 4mm!!! Or approximately a tad over 1/8" in diameter. Think about it. YES. It will likely be a tad better than the F41. NO. It's probably not worth the headache if you're not going to do everything else necessary to make a corner carver out of the car. Again, unless you ALREADY HAVE THE PARTS. Then I say put them on. What the heck?

F41 to the 36mm hollow is kinda like wearing a condom. Is she really going to notice the extra girth because it's a little bit bigger in diameter? Maybe if it's ribbed. :)
If it's cheap & it helps.... It doesn't hurt & you're happy (= win/win)

However, the car does seem to take turns pretty flat
So, yes it helped you. That's what its supposed to do.
To answer the OP question, it depends. If your car has factory type wheels and tires, then i would say no, don't bother. It will make the car twichy on turn in. If you have upgraded tire size to 17" or larger, then i would say go for it. You will enjoy the difference on turn in.
You need to look at the suspension as a whole unit. Larger sway bars also need lower profile tires, and better shocks.

These are for 4th gen bars, but give an idea in that application of how much change to expect.

Front bar comparison:
GM 30mm: Approximately 243 lbs/in
GM 32mm: Approximately 351 lbs/in
Strano 35mm hollow: Approximately 487 lbs/in

Rear bar comparison:
GM 19mm: Approximately 128 lbs/in
GM 21mm: Approximately 189 lbs/in
Strano Performance 22mm hollow: Approximately 228 lbs/in

I see you've been doing your research on condoms....but I don't think they make condoms with walls an extra 1/8" thick

Considering a regular condom is generally around 0.075mm thick, an extra strong variety is going to be closer to 0.09mm thick, although this will vary from brand to brand. When you consider that the average thin condom, designed for heightened sensation, is about 0.05mm, that’s a big difference, one you'll be able to feel.

using 69hurstolds alliteration about condoms, how does this doubling of lbs/inch affect "motion in the ocean"?

I'm in agreement, I upgraded from the F41 bar to the 36mm hollow bar, and really didn't notice much of a difference. But like others, it was cheap, and made me feel faster. Putting the Hellwig rear bar in place of the stock bar did improve the turning ability. I'm limited mostly by the 15" tires.
