Two things I do a thorough inspection on before getting invoved with...

1. Cars.

2. Women.
Of course. There's the jokes that go with that. Both are cheaper to rent than own; both cost far more money then you budget when taking one on; or, the age old saying:

If it floats, flys, or f***s it's always cheaper to rent than buy.

Check the thread started by the pilgrim who had to replace a rear frame horn on his ride. There is a link in it from a correspondent that suggests a New England area source for decent frames.

Welp... if we didnt have my cutlass, the 72 lemans and this....plus all the other hobbies we are into...not now. Plus this cars a driver and a toy. Just a back and forth to work summer ride and occasional drag strip trip.....if i can afford the fuel..
Yea... that's my fault. I thought this was a different thread with bad frame rails to the tires. The body looks really clean in comparison but like motorheadmike said these come factory with rust. Non optional. Looks like you can just patch in the inner Rocker area where its rusted. If you dont have a brake, Then you can make the brace out of 3 different pcs welded together. Probably be best since it flares out at the mount. Check this guy out.
Looks like you might need these too.

I have them from when I did my rear seat brace. They are pretty solid and the cage nuts are good. I could cut them off and send them to you if you need. As long as your gonna use them..... joesregalproject

If it has t*ts or tires it's going to give you problems.
