at first I thought you fat-fingered and meant 300k miles and was wondering why you were whining about it. then a quick glance to the left shows you are in Canada....

Watched it get dusty while I have had to deal with other intruding and conflicting priorities that have had keyboard time elsewhere on the board. Still one pipe short of an exhaust system as one of the post muffler dumps has yet to be wire wheeled back to clean metal. Thing about that is that I have to restock some more wire cup wheels; they ought to come with a warning, "this is a wear component which will start to shed wires without warning and make its user look like a pincushion or resemble a porky-pine". if the wires would shed evenly then I might get more use but they seem to all fall out in the same 90 degree location on the rim of the cup and leave it bare but stay mostly everywhere else. Doesn't matter whose brand, or source, domestic or off-shore, they all give up way too fast.

The twisted wire ones are a lot better about even wear and a little better about the wire shards.

Tackling the floor pans this week but I've gotten new patches fabbed up a little more every night after work. Ended last night with the braces mocked up. Not a sheet metal guy by any means just sealing up the holes lol

Awesome progress. You're really moving along.
Thanks TGP, I wish I could take credit but my friend is a maniac and has really been chipping away at this project. Yesterday he put in a 12 hour day in my garage while I was at work. I put in three hours after I got home. After showers we grabbed the patient brides and went out to dinner at 9:15pm. Luckily one local bar and grill’s kitchen was open until 10pm! 🍻

Sounds like a good friend and good brides. You're blessed.
