My approach is similar to NorthernRegals, I just got tired of playing with it and went to town with a cutoff wheel. I'll clean it up later, or maybe not. Depends on how I feel lol

3" piping, 4" core, turbo will sit a little further from the engine than yours behind the inner passenger headlight

Good stuff! Yours same size as Northernregal intercooler 24x12x4?

A 31” wide fits easily. As long as you don’t have an air system from the factory there is a ton of room.

Best thing I ever did was chuck all of that stuff and put in a tube core support

When you lean air system I take it you mean air conditioning? I'm planning on running ac on his biuld so it might require a small ic to fit.

No, I mean the factory induction system. I can’t remember what model you have, but I’m sure it wasn’t a MC SS. If your car is an ‘80 or older then it’s a piece of cake to get the IC in there. The enduro bumper with small inlet is what I found to be challenging.

I was meaning 12*24" core. 64nailhead I think is referring to full width with end tanks. Should be the same size as mine.
