No, I mean the factory induction system. I can’t remember what model you have, but I’m sure it wasn’t a MC SS. If your car is an ‘80 or older then it’s a piece of cake to get the IC in there. The enduro bumper with small inlet is what I found to be challenging.
Gotcha. I'm running a 84 GN so I take it ill have more room than the MCss as I have a full metal bumper.

Started mocking up the ic piping on the GN. Still waiting on my IC to show up.

Not too far off from my Malibu mock up. Of course the tubular core support makes it easier.

Nice, very simular to mine. I had planned to put my IC flipped up from your. I'll see when it shows up

Really comes down to preference and space. I’ve down two standing up and one laying down. Both have some positives and negatives. In big scheme of throngs though, neither way is costing you any amount of measurable power.

Looks great , can’t wait see you get it done

Intercooler is mounted and plumbed. I made a bracket from the lower bumper mount on each side to support the 31x12x4 eBay IC. Also finished up plumbing all the IC pipes. And Finally I found a car worthy to mount my Greddy type R on.

Silly question....

You have beads rolled into the edges of the cold side pipes from the intercooler and the throttle body? I kept popping them loose on mine, but just those ones.

Yes sir. I made a wonkie tool to make the beads when i cut the pipes down. This was the 1st attempt. Tool is just a large wire crimp tool that has been cut down.
