Not mine. No dog in the hunt. And please don't ask me about aftermarket seals because I haven't used them in over 20 years, so I am NOT an authority on aftermarket stuff. Only experience I've had with them is that they could do better on fit and materials. That was then, this is now. I don't know if they've improved on anything since then.

Many people aren't aware of the GM trunk seal 25558394 is the supersession number for most of the G-body trunk seals 20641957. It's weird. According to parts info, Buick A/G used 20111565 (cut to length), and then 20469449 (cut to length) before being superseded by 20490800 (cut to length). I say weird because some of the GN parts websites have repros of the 25558394 and make a big deal over it. I can't see what would be different between a Pont/Olds/Monte and a Regal.

20490800 is the trim and glue style but can be used from 1976-1988 for A/G. Unfortunately these are about dried up. But if you do find them, ONLY cut them from the non insert-tab side. You need the insert to glue the other end to. Just dab a little 3m black weatherstrip adhesive and insert the tab into the hole. Easy.

NOTHING from the aftermarket beats GM weatherstripping for your GM G-body.

Here's a GM one for <$50 +applicable sales tax to your door. I've seen some aftermarket ones go for more than this. Slip it over your trunklid and spin it where the paint dot centered in front and glue seam centered in the rear.

Will this work for the Pontiac Bonneville?

My trunk also tends to unlatch itself over heavy bumps and sub bass, so finding a NOS lock would be nice.

You have a G69, thus you can use any of them, 20490800, or 20641957. I can't think that 85-87 would be any different than the pinch weld on an 82-84. Of course, I don't know jack about Bonnies, so if there's something that someone knows different, then please school me. I say per the parts book shown here, it's a yes.

As far as the lock, about any B, C or G body will fit yours. Last known P/N 20616582. There's some on ebaby.

Here's a cheap one listed as the OG number before supersession. 20030328. Same part. A little scuff and paint and boom, you got a new lock.
