It’s been a long time since I posted I since sold the 6.0 turbo to my brother and I am keeping the 4.8 to turbo I am in the middle of removing the heater box and ac stuff does anybody off hand know the dimensions so I can have a block off plate made I also did a heater core bypass

I don’t have the dimensions maybe someone on here does but once you remove the the heater box you could measure the opening and go from there.

There's a bunch of people that sell the plate. Probably cheaper to buy than the time to make.

To make your own, get a piece of cardboard and lay it on the open hole flat, poke the holes through with the proper overlap. There's your template.

It’s like $200 for the ac and heater delete plate together I have a friend who is a fabricator and he’s gonna do it for little to nothing but I need the dimensions before I fully remove everything so I don’t have a huge *ss opening I bought one already but it got miss placed in a move

My car had AC and that's the plate I used. As you can see in the pics. Sorry the engine in partially blocking the plate

try this,it's SHORT money,makes an excellent template and you'll need it when installing the block off plate your friend's making.

"Together"? Its only one plate that covers the whole opening. If your friend is a fabricator, why does he need dimension, can't he figure it out?
