    WELDER RECOMMENDATIONS

Buy the biggest welder your budget will allow with adjustable heat/speed settings. Four heat settings on the smaller 110volt models don’t give you the ability to adjust the heat to get the best penetration. I’d go with a 220 volt machine either Miller or Lincoln to name a few. Check and compare...

Donovan Im sure I have asked before or you may have mentioned it but what are you using to make the bends in your sheet metal?? Im guessing a brake seeing how crisp and clean your bends are. Patch looks great along with the welding and surface prep. I can also relate with the feelings of...

hey donovan, just curious, when you find rust and are making patch panels etc, do you grind, wire wheel or sand blast the under side to clear out the remaining rust or do you have different approach to remove the rust from underneath the original metal? as always meticulous panel layout and...

That is some killer block work Donovan. If one thing i despise in all of bodywork it would be bodyworking a roof, they can be so fickle to get flat and true, especially if its done small patches at a time and not as one large panel.

Donovan, Not much more i can add to what the other fellas have said except your photos and videos of your work are truly inspiring. BUILD THREAD “The Juggernaut”

Hey Donovan, just catching up on the current updates. For what its worth I vote for the stock lynch pins. I think they follow along with the theme of the car better in regard to the other fasteners you have used in your build. With everything having a polished and finished look to it, i think...
