You just need to shave some of the linkage down where the header and linkage meet till there clearance between them to. I had to do that when I ran longtube header with column shift setup so I could go into all gears.

I run flowtech longtubes with no issues with controls arms or stock oil pan. When I switched to a drag style oil pan I had to switch to mid 90s lt1 starter and then use a short oil filter which fixed all the issues most gbodys with longtubes have.

Camaro seats bolt up to gbody seat tracks and fit fine.
