When I made mine I used the compression type. Neither solder nor crimp. Check 'em outhttps://remybattery.com/cable-connectors/connectors/compression/lugs/4-gauge-compression-lug-connector.html#347=
Well maybe I can try them for science. I am currently being "reviewed" by the log in Nazis. So if I get cleared I'll let the forum know the prices.
ALSO in the application process they asked if I plan to resell their products, I said no of coarse
Well not long ago someone on here posted a page from a service manual that listed ALL the screws sizes and part numbers for the wagon luggage rack. Also it showed those pieces you are replacing. Found them on ebay too. Guess Im a little late. GM well nuts part # 14002811
I m starting some upgrades on my 80 malibu wagon. Eventually going LS but for now I am wondering if someone here could tell me the basic route the fuel sender wire goes. Do the wagons have a plug somewhere?
I have been going through YOGI's wagon build and saw that you got some new wheel well molding. I always thought the wagon had a different shape and therefore the available moldings would NOT fit. Is that true? How did they come out on your car?
You know when I got my wagon about five years ago the previous owner said some offered to make him a set but didnt say who that was. But the ones on my car are mint. Wonder if someone out there can scan them and 3d print a set? Is that possible?
That Pull a Part rarely has any G bodies. They no longer have the Vintage car section either. I was there 2 weeks ago looking for silverado parts. Wagons? Not a chance.
Thanks anyway.
I will let the Forum know if I find any locally. But since hurricane Katrina came through in 2005. Our classic car volume is almost Zero here.
However please let me know if you find anything.
