I used this part on mine, from an 84-94 Cherokee XJ. Jeep Steering Shaft

Would it be possible to leave them in the dash, not hook them up and get door speaker pods / kick panel pods and wire those instead?

These are on my car now. The person I bought the car from put them on because the car is blue - my engine is completely stock but I have had no issues. :unsure:

I am late but I used the code to buy the GM clock knobs and a blue carpet dash pad to cover the melted part of my dash. Can't wait until they arrive.

I appreciate it, anything helps. It's odd because I can find similar style connectors but none with two prongs. I tried matching up pictures from RockAuto for example and had no luck. I'll keep digging through the factory service manual I bought. The wiring has gotten brittle as we all know so...

New valve seals today, looked at the timing but did not need adjusting. Started it up and heard lifter tick. Turns out I didn't seat the distributor cap properly. :doh:

Heres one more while I have this thread open. One wire is broken on this pigtail and I'm wondering if this has something to do with the air pump?

Thank you everyone, I was mistaken thinking I was missing a tube from the air cleaner. The hole was actually for the air pump that was taken off. I'm lucky you guys were here, thanks again.

Yes it is a Chevy I should have said that first, '84 305sbc. I have the one in the picture and I think the missing one in question is also a different shape slightly? Any idea where I can buy one?

Sorry everyone, but I need some help figuring out what this is called and where to find one. I have this tube that goes from the air cleaner on the passenger side, there's another I am missing that should be on the driver's side. Anyone off the top of their head know?

What did you end up doing to fix those aftermarket T-Tops? Your car is awesome.

Not to hijack this thread but these harnesses like the one Mike's Montes sells, are they truly plug and play? So even a dummy like myself can install this fairly easily?
