Thats a good deal.

Its true there is always someone out there willing to pay the price. I thought since its a exact color match why not shoot an offer. A few years on craigslist isn't surprising either lol
Yeah, may try to hit that guy up if all else fails, but I won't really start buying parts for a couple weeks, House payment week this week, kinda on the broke side unfortunately. If I get to where I cant find parts I am probably going to pay whatever I have to to fix this. If I didn't drive it, I wouldn't really enjoy owning it so I'm not so bummed, it'll fix up.

So after the initial shock and dismay wears off, can we start with the "the buck stops here" puns?
Or perhaps "that'll cost some dough" (doe)?
Not trying to poke fun, only maybe lighten the situation a bit!

Hahaha, I'm cool with puns, I've been trying to make light of this all day, I think the wife was more pissed I didn't bring back the doe to cut up lol.

If needed, I have a 83 hurst olds sitting here destined for scrap. My own project doesn't require actual hurst parts, I could be talked out of the hood minus scoop and trim ( the parts I care about for my own project.

Also available is a 83 header panel in very solid shape. I would easily part with that as well.

Got the passenger fender from the same car... Front bumper cover from the same car...

I even have 2 84 hurst olds badges. One is kind of sad, the other is easily driver quality and could be used.

AND, as a guy who went through the pain of finding parts once upon a time, I will sell for so little, it will make your head spin. ( even with shipping, you should have enough left to make most of the paint).

That sucks. Good thing it didn't get the windshield and roof though.

I may have to hit you up, it will be a couple of weeks before I can start buying parts, I do need a fender for sure, I also need a header badge, will be sure to send you a pm when I have the funds and see if we can make a deal. I also need a hood, but im not sure how much that would cost to ship since I live in KS. Thanks for putting up a post man much appreciated.

http://www.food.com/recipe/easy-venison-steaks-56523 at least you got a few dinners out of it :p sucks about the car man
Ha, yeah, I already have a freezer full of venison though, If it had been in my pickup, it would have just ran right over it nice and neat. I managed to find hair inside the car too and it had a mouthful of grass that ended up like a green racing stripe down my fender. These deer are like a biblical plague around here lol I see em every week.
