I was wondering if one of you fine gentlemen would do a n00b a favor. Could someone measure the length of a Malibu trunk lid. The one on my '78 Lemans is 28 5/8" long, and 5 9/16" tall. I'm trying to find out if a fiberglass Malibu trunk lid will work. Thanks in advance! .

I just measured the decklid on my 81 Malibu . Those measurements are the same as I came up with.

Thanks a lot! I was thinking it would, but wasn't 100% sure. I have a Malibu tail light that fit my car (except a gap on the side of the quarter panel extension), so I knew it had to be close.
