is the master leaking from the rear seal?
No it doesn't seem to be.is there supposed to be a gasket between the MC and the booster?...hard to explain but I'll try.....on the power booster, where it is joined together...you know, like the 2 halfs are joined, it is seeping down at the bottom. Doesn't "leak" out, just kind of gets wet or seeps there. I hope that makes sense. I believe it is a dual diaphragm booster.

F.Y.I. Once you get all the brake functions working, does your bbc have more than 10 (h/g) inches of vacuum at idle? Lopey cam perhaps. 10 or less, you'll need a vacuum canister to store vacuum for stopping. Typically more than 280 degrees advertised duration, you need the canister, and a 3.5 power valve if holley equipped.
