I know Gone in 60 Seconds is pretty cheezy too but I like that movie. Not a Ford guy but how can you not like ELEANOR.

The original gone in 60 seconds was even cheezier, but damn did they destroy some cars in that one.

I am going to guess you are too young to remember corvette summer LOL Point being there will always be cheesy car movies and people to watch them.

Oh Corvette Summer. I remember back in 96 (I was 8) after I caught Star Wars buzz I heard Mark Hamill had done a movie about a Corvette. Loving Star Wars and Corvettes I had to see this movie. Of course I didn't see it until about 10 years later, and oh what a ridiculous film it was. That crazy right hand drive Vette getting chased around by the big bad car thief in his black FireBird or TransAm if I remember correctly. While bad its still worth seeing. Tho if you really want a good cheesy car movie there is always The Gumball Rally. Cheesy good or bad car movies will always be fun. :D

Nobody going to mention "Used Cars" with Kurt Russel and Jack Warden in a dual role?. "A mile of cars"

Now thats the movie to make one want to be a '70's used car salesman. Grandpa Munster playing the "hanging judge", burying Jack Wardens' one role in the car to hide the fact he died, the unlucky red car making the jump. Now I need a leasure suit & be a student driver.

The number of fartcan fly-bys that these movies are directly responsible for worldwide is not only unacceptable, but absolutely immeasurable.
Me and my SS have been crop dusted many times only to remind me that my 2 liter of Mountain Dew is larger then most of there engines.

But I will admit, I have seen some insane fast twin turbo awd imports that I would be afraid to drive.

I actually remember there being more serious build imports BEFORE the movies came out than after
