sorry, no they are not. not to say you can't make them work but the 2dr 79 calais front bumper follows the contours of the bottom of the grilles and the rear bumper follows the contours of the tail lights.

Loco,
Check out Dodge Intrepids for dual fans, or Taurus and Lincoln Mk VIII's for single fans.
Besides various F-body cars.

Any year specific? Any big mod to wiring has to be done?
I would recommend using relays for your fan, or fans. At least one per fan. The Lincoln MK 8 fans pull a lot of air, but they also pull mucho amperage on startup.
No specific year on the Intrepid fans. It would be in the 2000 range, or any years Intrepids were made. However, I'd look for the newest/ cleanest setup you can find.

I have the duel intrepid fans. I'm not sure what year but I think it was around a 95. For the wiring I have a relay and nothing special but Jack has a good idea to use two relays. The fans use the same ground but separate power wires. but I just twisted them up and used one power wire but after Jack's post I'll be changing that. There is a plug so I cut the wires before the plug and connected to them so I can unplug the fans if I need to

What he said. I tend to look for the Intrepids with the 2.7 motors. Lots of them crapped out with lower mileage (mostly) due to timing chain failure and around here, junkyards are packed with Intrepids, and Concords.
