I've been the 3rd owner of both regals I've owned. The one I have now is more like 2.5 as it was owned by their grandfather and passed down to son.

Not very many original owners on here I've noticed. Lol

Greetings Guys; Mr Fast SS I see that you have Wisconsin plates. I'm near the Janesville-Beloit area. And where are you located? Back to subject, I ordered mine (January-March, senior moment) early 79 & took delivery August 1st (?). Gave it to my mother when job disappeared (83?), didn't want to lose it! She gave it back a couple of years later, so I'm the first & third owner. But it never left my garage! Some day I'll have to part with it either by selling it or dieing, who knows witch will come first. Ole' Bob.

Fast SS did we meet at Car Craft Nat's & are you going to attend this July? I'm undecided on what car to bring. As I've taken the Bronze Brick (Malibu) the last two years & made a bunch of auto X passes. This may be the last year they come to the Magic Mile. Not to many years in the future you'll be able to put a blue plate on that red car? Take care Ole' Bob

I'm officially second owner of my wagon. The guy who I bought it from purchased it from the original owner, but never titled it in his name. He subsequently bought it to flip.
31 years later, it's still in my possession. I bought the car while still living in NY. The car came from northern NJ originally and had 77,000 original miles on it when I bought it initially.

#3 here but may as well be #1 since it's newer inside and out than it was on the show room lot. I bought it in November of 2015 and finished the frame off resto in November of 2016.

No we didn't make it last year due to the wife having health issues, we will make it this year but we don't show our cars, we just drive and enjoy them. The Camaro is a 35th L.E. 2002 so we have a few years before we get the next blue plate.

Good Morning FastSS & all; Last year I took pictures of every "A-G" I could find. Their posted here somewhere & I imagine that Blake will ask me again this year to take pictures? That being said, please reconsider bringing that middle aged automobile. But if you bring the Camaro then the auto-X becomes a WOW I should give this (Auto-X) a shot! I did 6 passes last year & my arms were a little sore & tired the next day! Good god it was FUN. Plans include Friday & or Saturday. Still up in the air witch car to take? I also belong to a group of Holden owners "The Chicago Holden Conection" (GTO's, G8's & ChevySS) & we are planing a meet in Kanasville (Eagle Lake) this June. If ya would like to brake bread with us on Michael's deck keep in touch. Ole' Bob.

I am the second owner. The first was a 93 year old guy that I knew from delivering his VA foot medication once a month. He was a WW2 vet that contracted jungle rot on his feet in the Philippines. I talked with him often since my Dad had served there too and had also battled a case of the rot on his feet. I was desperate for a Pontiac wagon so I pestered him for 5 years to sell it to me. He always told me to go @#$% myself. One day as I was delivering packages on his block I saw the car way back in the driveway. I stopped and rang the bell and his Son answered. I asked if his Dad was OK and why the car was stashed back there. He told me the jungle rot had gotten so bad they had to remove both of his feet. He was in a VA hospital and miserable. I told him not to junk the car as I wanted it. He said- "OH- YOU are the guy! My Dad said some a$$hole kept pestering him about the car and he would NEVER sell it him". I said, yes, I'm the a$$hole. He then said that his Dad won't be driving ever again and I could have the car for $600. DONE! The old man soon passed and I've had it for 11 years now so I'm glad I paid attention to the situation. I swapped in a '79 Pontiac 301, a Saginaw 4 speed, and a posi rear. I sent some pics to the Son of all the work I did and he was glad his Dad's car was still going strong. Truth is, it was while searching for parts that I discovered G-BodyForum. I've been here ever since.
