Are you talking about the O.E. 15" N90 wheels? If so, I think that 235/60R15 tires look pretty good on those rims.

Bigger than 235 starts to look silly. That said, the range of choices has kind of dried up. BF Goodrich still makes a Radial TA in this size, but they want over a hundred bucks a tire. I have 16x8 S-10 rims and they are getting almost as bad to find rubber.

Put a set of Doral (Sumitomo) 245/50s on the ones on my wagon a couple weeks ago , $305 installed..

For the N 90s, I prefer 255/60 ....235/60s always look squishy to me.

N90??? Can someone post a pic of one? And I agree, 16" tires are becoming too expensive.

Monte SS 83-88, I think. Also used on the 80-81 Camaros...

Not to hijack the thread, but here is the tire profile that looks good to me. 255-50/16. Used on the Discorvettes. Used up some Carma finding an unmounted set of 4 on Craigslist.

I remember a set of 235-60/15 had about the same profile on a set of 15x7 S-10 rims. This is what looks 'right'...

Going off-topic now...
I picked up a set of 18s from a late-model Camaro (cheap - more Carma expended on Craigslist), and while the cross-section looks about the same, the overall profile and offset just looks 'wrong'. To be fair, these did require wheel spacers to fit and match the 5x120 M14 lug setup...

275/60 rear and 215/65 front on the factory 15s is my favourite combo.
